ITU World Series back to Auckland 6-7 April 2013

The legacy of the Barfoot & Thompson World Triathlon Grand Final is secure with the announcement that Auckland will host an annual ITU World Triathlon Series Event for the next four years, starting 6-7 April 2013.
The 8 race ITU World Triathlon Series visits iconic cities around the globe, with Auckland joining San Diego, Hamburg, Kitzbuhel, Yokohama, London, Madrid and Stockholm in a fast growing series watched by millions worldwide.
The schedule, courses and race details are currently being finalised, and entries will open soon.
