Elite Swim: 2 lap course, 750m per lap, clockwise direction
Elite Cycle: 8 lap course, 5km per lap, clockwise direction.
Exit transition, turn left onto Quay St, ahead to turnaround, back along Quay St, left into Queen St, up Queen St, turnaround at Victoria St. Back down Queen St, turn right up Shortland St. Climb up Shortland St, right into Princes St, right down Bowen St and onto Victoria St East, then left up Queen St. Turn left into Wakefield St, climb up and tun right into Mayoral Drive, then right down Queen St, down Queens St and left up Victoria St West. Climb up to Albert St, turn right in to Albert St, down Albert St, right at Customs St, then left into Queen St and onto wharf for turn-around and next lap.

4 lap course, 2.5km per lap, clockwise direction. Click on map to save as a PDF
Exit transition turn left onto Quay St, ahead to turnaround and return back Quay St towards transition. Left up Queen St, up Queen St, via taking a short loop in to Customs St East, left up Queen St, turnaround at Victoria St, heading back down Queen Street and on to Queens Wharf for turn-around for next lap.
